Our Story
Coffee Tecnico is a high-touch, full service, coffee and espresso equipment tech services company based in Los Angeles, California, and operated by Caffe Luxxe.
Caffe Luxxe was the first caffe in Los Angeles to champion the movement towards hand crafted artisanal espresso and brewed coffee since opening 11+ years ago. Our dedication is to serve the best, individually crafted beverages and to help people discover what fine coffees can taste like. With that in mind, it’s absolutely critical to our business to have extremely reliable, friendly, and professional technical support for our equipment.
Not finding this high level of attention to service available, Caffe Luxxe created its own service department to take care of its valuable equipment. Word started to spread, and Caffe Luxxe soon extended the same services to our wholesale customers, and now we’re pleased to offer our expert tech services to everyone.
Our goal is to exceed our customer’s expectations. Customer satisfaction and delight is critical to our success, and we promise every part of the process from first call to after service follow-up will be first-class. Coffee Tecnico promises you:

Service Hours and Area
Our standard service hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with the exception of major holidays. We are also able to work after hours for any emergency service you require.
We primarily service the Los Angeles region: West to Santa Monica, North to Malibu, South to Manhattan Beach, and East to Downtown LA at no extra charge. Service calls beyond this area can be happily arranged.
